NutZino Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 12 grams kremelta
- 200 grams milk chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons of NutZino walnut liqueur
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 300mls of unsweetened whipped cream
- 4 large eggs
Servings:
It makes about six medium sized servings of a rich, smooth mousse with a zesty flavour.
Chocoholics will love it! It can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours prior to serving.
Steps:
- Break up chocolate and kremelta.
- Combine with water, melt slowly over hot water.
- Remove from heat and stir for 5 minutes
- Separate egg yolks from whites
- Mix yolks with warm chocolate mixture
- Add NutZino
- Beat cream until thick
- Beat egg whites stiff
- Fold egg whites and cream into cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour into serving glasses/ bowls.
- Cool for one hour
- Serve.
NutZino Walnut & Maple IceCream
Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice-cream
- Maple syrup (One Tablespoon per person)
- Chopped walnuts (One Tablespoon per person)
- NutZino (half a Tablespoon per person)
Servings:
Vary the ingredients to suit the number of expected guests.
Steps:
- Spoon ice cream into serving glasses or bowls.
- Mix chopped walnuts into the ice cream as you serve.
- Save a little of the walnuts to sprinkle on top of the ice cream when you have sufficient in each bowl.
- Spoon maple syrup over the top of the ice cream & nuts in each bowl.
- Spoon half a tablespoon of NutZino over the top in each bowl.
- Serve.
